Tekleen automatic filters use a stainless steel screen to trap particles inside the filter body. As dirt accumulates, a pressure differential is reached between the inlet and outlet, activating a backwash cycle. A suction scanner powered by water pressure or an electric motor rotates inside the filter, removing debris from the screen and flushing it out through a drain while the system remains online.
This self-cleaning process is fully automated. It eliminates the need for manual maintenance or media replacement and ensures uninterrupted system performance.
